manchi means good.
We make good food that’s good for you. So you can feel good. Eat it everyday — you’ll see what we mean.
Our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, starting in the Andhara region of Southern India. We created mänchi so we could have easy access to this uniquely nourishing food that is impossible to get elsewhere in New York City.
We also deeply believe food should be both tasty and healthy — without compromise. All of our core dishes are naturally inflammation-fighting and heart healthy. That’s because we use real food and spices known for their health properties, such as turmeric, ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Our food is baked, not fried, using olive oil for a lighter yet deeply satisfying dining experience.
